There are two ways of ordering from Trend Setter Tiles:

Trendsettertiles.co.uk website
This is the easiest method of ordering, simply add items to your shopping cart and the amount you require, your order and payment is sent right to us.
Over the Phone
You can place an order for any item by simply calling our friendly staff with the reference number(s) for the item's you are interested in and use your Credit/Debit card to pay. This is safe and we never keep your card details!

Ordering Online

Our shopping cart and payment processing is provided by PayPal, this is a safe and secure way to pay for items over the Internet. The service is FREE to join if your not already a member.

When you add an item to your cart, a new window will open (PayPal) which will contain the current items in your shopping cart, the Quantity*, cost and total cost.
You can close this window while looking around trendsettertiles.co.uk, the contents of your cart will still be there simply click on the view basket button.

When ordering online, your shopping cart total includes V.A.T.

Please provide us with an E-mail address and contact phone number so we can get in contact with you if there is any problems with your order.
If you haven't allowed this information to be seen on your PayPal account, please include this information in the comments box when paying for your items.

*The Quantity is the number of that tile you require, unless otherwise stated.

Ordering over the Phone

You can order any of our tiles by calling us and using your Credit/Debit card to pay, this is safe and we never keep any of your card details.
Please be sure to have the tile reference number for all the tiles you are interested in.

When you call us you will be speaking to our friendly staff, which will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Samples

When ordering samples please only add samples to your shopping cart , since the postage on these are FREE. Once you have ordered any samples you may order any other item on Trend Setter Tiles if required.

Returns

Please note that Trend Setter Tiles DO NOT accept any returns, please be sure that you are ordering the correct amount of tiles to avoid any disappointment.

Privacy

All private information you provide is only viewed by a Trend Setter Tiles member of staff, this information is never kept or sold to any third party's.
