We are committed to provide you with excellent service and quality goods. All of our tiles, adhesive, grout and accessories are brand new and have never been used. If any product you buy from us has any manufacture faults we will replace that product.

However, we do not accept any tile returns. Please be sure you are ordering the correct amount of tiles to avoid disappointment.
To be sure you are getting the tile you are looking for, order a sample tile!

All information and prices are correct at the point of putting on trendsettertiles.co.uk, but are subject to change without notice, at any time. Please be sure to check the price and size of all tiles before ordering.
All prices include V.A.T @ 17.5%
Any price quotation by Trend Setter Tiles or its agents or employees shall be deemed to be for the purpose of information only and shall not constitute an offer to sell.

You, the buyer, is responsible for ensuring sufficient quantity of tiles are ordered to cover the required area. We cannot guarantee against shade variation on extra tiles ordered.
Cancelled orders will incur collection and transport charges up to £50 + V.A.T Once dispatched.
We try to be as accurate as possible with all pictures and information, however actual tiles may differ slightly in colour from our pictures. More pictures are available of all our tiles, please contact us if you would like to see more pictures of a tile(s).
Prices in our showroom may differ from our Internet prices. We are not able to offer any Internet discounts in our showroom.
